I. General Rules
Applicable objects: This policy applies to new and unused products purchased by users through this website. All return and exchange requests must be submitted within 7 natural days from the date of order receipt. Overdue will be deemed to automatically waive the right to return and exchange.
Division of responsibilities: For returns and exchanges due to product quality problems or delivery errors (such as wrong products or insufficient shipments), we will bear the round-trip shipping costs; for returns and exchanges requested due to personal subjective reasons (such as dislike, inappropriate size), users must bear the return shipping costs.
II. Prohibited return and exchange categories
For health safety and industry regulations, the following products do not support unconditional returns and exchanges, and only provide after-sales support when there are quality problems:

Consumable products;
Customized products.
III. Special instructions
Privacy protection:
All returned products are destroyed or disinfected in an anonymous processing center and will not be resold.
Shipping costs: Unless there are quality problems with the product or we have made a shipping error, the shipping costs incurred by the return will be borne by the customer.
